It’s with great joy that we share the two finalists of the Open Call Ci.CLO Bienal’19, to support the development of new projects with production and exhibition integrated into the Bienal.
The selection was extremely competitive and the quality of the proposals submitted very high, with more than 50 submissions from Portuguese and foreign artists from North to South of Portugal.
